How to Change a 301 Redirect

  • Log into your Admin panel, and open the product you do not want in another tab.
  • If the Product Status is Active, Change to "Deaft" and hit "Save"
  • Uncheck all Sales Channels, and hit "Save"
  • Navigate back to the main Admin page -> Online Store -> Navigation -> View URL Redirects
  • At the top right-hand of the page, click "Create URL Redirect"
    • Redirect From: Go back to the tab you want to redirect and copy everything AFTER ".com" (In the video example it is "/products/walkie") and paste it in the "Redirect From" field.
    • Redirect To: Decide where the page should be redirect to. Follow the same procedure above and copy everything after ".com" on the new page redirect and paste into the "Redirect To" field.
  • Hit "Save"
