Papercut

Papercut not showing when trying to print

A user reported an issue where they are able to print, but the papercut account selection dialog does not show up.

OS: Windows 10 / 11

  1. Login to User's Computer
  2. Click on START, Search for "services" and open SERVICES
  3. Find "PaperCut Direct Print Monitor" Service
  4. Right Click on "PaperCut Direct Print Monitor" Service and click on START or RESTART
