How to Disable Explore by Color on Collection Page
Disabling the color bulbs has a similar approach but a tad bit differentWe can toggle the color bulbs / colors on the description via a metafield in poshify with the following steps:
- In admin click “Poshify Utils”
- Choose “Collections”
- Search for the collection you had just created / client had created by typing in the collection handle / title
- create a namespace which in this case will be global
- add the following Key: disable_color_slider
- For the “Save as” option choose Boolean (list)
- Lastly - you should now have a toggle button - when it is turned green it is considered true and will disable the color slider. If the toggle is not green (grey) then the color bulbs and description will appear on the collection
