Instructions to Update Website Portfolio

  1. Log into Log Me In
  2. Go to WBA Server Primary
  3. Click the Computer Screen with the Arrow icon
  4. Log In is in Passportal (Administrator - the first one)
  5. Go to Chrome
  6. Click WBA Log In
  7. Log in is - [email protected] password- Techperson1
  8. Go to Portfolio
  9. Active Projects (click the image)
  10. All of the active Portfolio’s to be updated will show
  11. Open the Folder Icon next to Chrome
  12. Click Shared Drive (E:)
  13. Pictures
  14. Active
  15. Find the name of the project (when you click on the Project portfolio, it’ll tell you the name on the top left corner)
  16. Click on the Picture file and all the pictures will show up that were taken during the project
  17. Drag the picture(s) to the upload section and click done uploading files
  18. Then you can just drag the images around to put them in order

Before you drag a picture to the upload section, remember to do the AUTOROTATE, otherwise they will show up funky when uploaded. Just right click on the image you selected, click autorotate, then it’ll bring you to another screen. Just flip it once or twice and then rotate it back to normal.

After every upload of pictures, click the check mark button (save) just so you don’t lose work like I did a couple times.

Remember- The pictures are going in order from the time of the site clearing to the finished house

If you upload an image by mistake or decide you don’t want to use that image, where it says SHOW just move it to say NO instead of YES

When you have completed a portfolio, change at the top to say Visible: Yes Completed: Yes

JUST REMEMBER TO SAVE!!! It is a very slow and time consuming process (I know)\
