Configuring Festoon Chain Products

Configure Product Variants​

  1. Open the product in the Shopify admin interface
  2. Scroll down to the Variants section.
  3. If your product has no variants, check the box that reads ”This product has multiple options, like different sizes or colors“ and create an option for Chain Length with the sizes you would like to offer as values. If your product does have variants, add a new variant option called Chain Size and create variants for each length you would like to offer.
  4. Enter prices and choose images for your new variants and save the product.

Configure Product Customization​

  1. Open the TinyTags Customization System
  2. Select your product in the Products section
  3. Edit your variants and configure the canvases. be sure to include the chain’s SKU segment in your base SKU.
  4. Save your changes after editing each configuration
  5. Under Chain, make sure None is selected

Following these steps will ensure your customers will be able to choose the chain length of their choice, be charged accordingly, and have the correct information included in the SKU of your product.
