Preorder / Embroidery Messaging on Checkout Configuration

In the theme customizer, go to theme settings (paint brush icon)

You will see a section called CHECKOUT NOTICE

To enable the messaging, check the checkbox. When unchecked, it is disabled.

You will see these 3 text fields

You can enter the messaging you want to display for all 3 instances.

You can also change the text color of the text.
