How To VERIFY VOD Access for a Mindbody Customer

  1. Get MindBody Customer ID - usually Suzanne / team provide
  2. Go to https://udf-server.txtcon.io/validateContracts.aspx?mbid=XXXXXX where the XXXXX is replaced with the MB ID (example - https://udf-server.txtcon.io/validateContracts.aspx?mbid=100002964)
  3. Review result - TRUE = Has VOD Access / FALSE = Does not have VOD access

This will also update the system and the user can retry if they didn’t have VOD access prior to your running this pageIf it is INCORRECT, copy the entire content of the page and add to ASANA task for Justin to review.

You can see the contract id in the last line, if it doesn’t match above, they are not allowed on the VOD stuff because they are on the wrong contract.
