Special Character Logic

A few tags we have for the customizer:

• hide-symbols-custom -> Hides the heart + dot symbol (skips building it)
• no-special-characters -> Hard limit to upper / lowercase letters only
• whitelist-special-characters -> Limits to A-Z/a-z, 0-9, space, and special characters

We also have one global setting:

• reverse order of limits -> reverses the order in which the limits show visually on the front end.
