Navigation

There are 3 general navigation menus and 3 submenus (from top to bottom):

  • Top Menu:

  • Main Menu:

    • Banking Submenu
    • Lending Submenu
    • About Us Submenu
  • Footer:

For each navigation menu created, there is the option to fill in the following fields:

  • Title
    • Ex. Main Menu
  • Navigation id
    • Ex. mainNav
  • Navigation items
    • Ex. Rates
  • Text field
  • Icons

Navigation Items:

There are 2 types: Navigation Item or Navigation Item w/ Submenu

Navigation Item Tutorial:

  • First, choose which navigation menu your item will go into. The options are each menu within the purple box.
  • To ADD ITEM, click the box outlined in green in order to show the pop-up box outlined in pink
  • Click Navigation Item
  • From here, another pop-up box will appear with the options to fill in the following fields:
    • Navigation Text
    • Navigation Item URL
      • This can be either an internal link or an external URL
      • An internal link is a site link that takes the user to a URL on the same site/to your own website pages while an external link takes the user to a different site.

Navigation Item w/ Submenu Tutorial:

  • First, the navigation menu must be created by clicking the box outlined in orange
  • From here, you will have the option to fill in the following fields:
    • Title
    • Navigation Id
    • Navigation Items
    • Text Field
    • Icons
  • To fill in the Navigation Items, follow the Navigation Item Tutorial above
  • Second, the menu that this Navigation Item w/ Submenu will go into. The options are each menu within the purple box.
  • To ADD ITEM to this menu, click the box outlined in green in order to show the pop-up box outlined in pink
  • Click Navigation Item w/ Submenu
  • From here, another pop-up box will appear with the option to fill in the following fields:
    • Navigation Text
    • Navigation Submenu
      • This is where you will type in to search for the Navigation Menu you created in the first step of this tutorial.
