When editing or creating a new Blog, there is the option to fill in the following fields:

  • Title
  • Slug

    • A slug is a descriptive text after the website name at the end of a URL

    • Ex. https://wavefcu.org/2022-movies-in-the-park (slug highlighted in purple)

    • You can either type in your own unique slug or click the “Generate” button, which will create one for you *

  • Hero Image along with Alternative text for ADA/accessibility purposes
    • A hero image is an image that takes up the entire width of the screen, usually at the top of the site
  • Content
  • Images for Slideshow
  • Preview Content\

HOW TO EDIT IMAGES FOR SLIDESHOW:​

  • To ADD/CREATE a new slideshow set, click the button outlined in blue
  • To REMOVE or DUPLICATE a slideshow, click the button outlined in red
  • To EDIT an existing slideshow, click anywhere inside the purple box
  • NOTE: there may be multiple editable slideshows, so click the one you would like to edit. In this example, there is only ONE editable slideshow
    • When there are multiple slideshows, to MOVE/CHANGE THE ORDER of the items, you must click, hold and drag the button outlined in green

To CREATE, SORT/VIEW differently, PUBLISH, or UNPUBLISH / DUPLICATE / DELETE a Blog Post, the same steps from the screenshot under APR/APYs can be followed.
