Typically the issue is there being more than 1 of the same SKU on the store, causing the rates to error out.
- Find details of the order - it may require logging into NetSuite to find the order.
- Once you have the details, check to see if there are duplicate SKUs in Shopify. Search for each SKU on the order lines.
- Login to Shopify Admin
- Search for the NS SKU, which is also called NS Name in the top bar
- You may need to open multiple items
- Attempt to rebuild the cart on the store and go through the checkout process with the address as they entered it. See if you get pricing back for the items in your cart.
- If you do NOT get pricing for shipping, add all the admin links to the task and send to Justin for a further detailed look.
