How to Change Bar Color on Cart Page

In the DC Testing Theme, open the theme customizer.

Click the gear icon

You will see a section called "Direct Container Ordering Settings'

Expand that, and you will see a color selector for Progress Bar Fill Color

Just select the color you want it to be and click save.
