Unfulfilled Order Segment

  1. Login to Shopify Admin
  2. Click on ORDERS on the left sidebar
  3. Click on UNFULFILLED on the top
  4. Click on EXPORT on the top right of the screen
  5. Select All 50+ items in my search (leave the rest the same)
  6. Wait for the file to email to you.
  7. Open the exported file in EXCEL
  8. Select the entire sheet by clicking CTRL+A (you may need to hit it twice to fully select everything)
  9. In Excel, click on the DATA tab and then click on FILTER
  10. On the top of column E you will see Fulfillment Status
  11. Click on the down arrow and the unfulfilled option checked


Your excel sheet is not only showing you items that are unfulfilled.

To further assist, I would also select paid in column C for the filter - this will remove any refunded lines.

You can now run your calculations which will only return for the filtered results.
